1. Program Format​

The Program is a 7-week guided instructional program delivered live via Zoom. The Program includes one scheduled 75-minute live instructional session each week and a 30-minute orientation session.

Participants are responsible for maintaining the technology, internet access, and platform access necessary to participate in live sessions and access applicable instructional resources.

​

2. Program Fee​

The Founding Cohort registration fee is $249, payable in full at registration.

The registration fee is paid to TSJ Financial Services and Consulting for its independent guided instruction, facilitation, educational support, and TSJ-developed supplemental resources.

​​

The fee is not a fee for access to Intuit for Education curriculum or resources. Intuit for Education educational materials are provided separately and are available without charge to eligible users through Intuit's educational platform.

​3. Educational Curriculum and Third-Party Resources

The Program may incorporate or reference educational curriculum and resources made available through Intuit for Education.

​

TSJ Financial Services and Consulting does not claim ownership of Intuit curriculum, trademarks, instructional materials, or other proprietary resources. Any third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to the applicable provider's terms and conditions.

​

TSJ's registration fee relates solely to the guided instructional services and supplemental resources provided independently by TSJ Financial Services and Consulting.

​

​4. Attendance and Participation

Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled live sessions and actively participate in instructional activities.

​

Because this is a cohort-based guided instruction program, TSJ cannot guarantee individual make-up sessions for participant absences.

​

Participants remain responsible for completing assigned activities and maintaining access to any required third-party educational platforms.

​

5. Recording and Distribution

TSJ Financial Services and Consulting may record live instructional sessions for instructional, administrative, quality-control, or program-development purposes.

 

Participants may not independently record, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, share, or otherwise disseminate live sessions or TSJ-developed instructional materials without prior written authorization from TSJ Financial Services and Consulting.

​By participating in a live session, participants acknowledge and consent to the recording of their participation, including their voice, image, name, and contributions made during the session.

 

​6. TSJ Supplemental Materials and Intellectual Property​

Original worksheets, templates, presentations, instructional guides, examples, frameworks, and other supplemental materials developed by TSJ Financial Services and Consulting remain the intellectual property of TSJ unless otherwise stated.

 

Participants receive a limited license to use TSJ-developed materials for their individual educational and business-planning purposes. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, publication, commercial training use, or representation of the materials as the participant's own work.

7. Educational Purpose and Professional Services Disclaimer

The Program is provided for educational and instructional purposes only.

Participation in the Program does not establish an accountant-client, tax preparer-client, attorney-client, investment adviser-client, financial adviser-client, or other professional advisory relationship with TSJ Financial Services and Consulting or the instructor.

 

Information presented or discussed during the Program is general in nature and should not be interpreted as individualized accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice.

 

Participants requiring professional services specific to their individual or business circumstances should obtain appropriate professional advice separately.

8. Participant Responsibility

Entrepreneurial finance involves assumptions, estimates, projections, and business judgments. Participants are responsible for evaluating the information presented during the Program and determining how, or whether, to apply it to their own businesses or business ideas.

 

TSJ Financial Services and Consulting does not guarantee business profitability, financing approval, investment returns, revenue growth, business formation, or any other specific financial or business outcome resulting from participation in the Program.

9. Professional Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during live sessions and other Program interactions.

 

TSJ Financial Services and Consulting reserves the right to restrict or terminate participation when a participant's conduct materially disrupts instruction, interferes with other participants, or involves inappropriate use or distribution of Program resources.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

A participant may receive a full refund if cancellation occurs before the scheduled orientation session begins.

 

Once the orientation session has begun, the Program fee becomes nonrefundable. Participant absences, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend live sessions, or failure to complete Program activities do not entitle the participant to a full or partial refund.

 

If TSJ Financial Services and Consulting cancels the Program and does not provide an alternative cohort or comparable option acceptable to the participant, the participant will receive a full refund of the Program fee paid.

11. Student Resource Access

Participants may receive access to a protected TSJ Student Resources Page containing Program-related supplemental materials.

 

Unless otherwise communicated by TSJ Financial Services and Consulting, access will remain available throughout the Program and for 30 calendar days following the final live instructional session.

 

Access is provided solely to the registered participant and may not be shared, transferred, or provided to another individual.

12. Electronic Acceptance

By electronically accepting these Terms as part of the enrollment process, the participant confirms that they:

• Have read and understand these Program Terms & Acknowledgments.

• Understand that the $249 registration fee is paid to TSJ Financial Services and Consulting for independent guided instruction, facilitation, educational support, and TSJ-developed supplemental resources, and not for access to Intuit for Education curriculum or resources.

• Understand that the Program is educational in nature and does not constitute individualized accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice.

• Understand and accept the Program's Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• Agree to comply with the intellectual property, recording, participation, resource-access, and professional-conduct provisions contained in these Terms.

• Consent to electronic acceptance of these Terms as a condition of enrollment.
