TANYA S. JACKSON, PH.D., MBA
CFO Partner/Principal Consultant
Dr. Tanya Jackson is a financial strategist and trusted advisor with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, small businesses, and public-sector organizations build, manage, and sustain financial success. As the Founder and CEO of TSJ Financial Services and Consulting, she specializes in tax strategy, accounting, and CFO advisory services designed to support long-term growth and financial clarity.
Dr. Jackson has extensive experience working with government entities and nonprofit organizations, with a strong focus on compliance, budgeting, and financial management. She has developed and delivered financial management curriculum for the Georgia Municipal Court Clerks Council, equipping professionals across the state with practical tools to strengthen fiscal operations. Her experience includes budget policy and development, financial reporting, municipal court operations and managing complex multi-billion dollar budgets.
In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Jackson serves as an adjunct accounting professor, where she is committed to developing the next generation of financial professionals. Her approach combines technical expertise with real-world application, empowering clients and students alike to make informed financial decisions with confidence.
TRACI K. WEST, MBA, CPA, CGFM, CPM, CFE
Engagement Partner/Principal Consultant
Traci K. West brings over 25 years of financial leadership and consulting experience across governmental and nonprofit sectors. A licensed CPA with multiple advanced credentials, she specializes in governmental accounting, auditing, budgeting, compliance, and enterprise financial management. Her work consistently strengthens financial accountability and supports long-term organizational sustainability.
Ms. West has extensive experience performing financial statement, compliance, and internal control audits, as well as providing consulting services for nonprofit organizations. Her nonprofit experience includes evaluating financial reporting processes, assessing compliance with grant agreements, and reviewing internal control structures. She also ensures adherence to applicable accounting, regulatory, and reporting requirements and identifies opportunities to strengthen financial oversight. Her understanding of nonprofit operations enables her to provide practical recommendations that enhance financial stewardship, and accountability.
In addition to her expertise providing audit and advisory services to nonprofit organizations, Ms. West has over 20 years of experience as an adjunct professor, teaching accounting and mentoring future finance professionals. She is also a U.S. Army veteran, bringing a disciplined, mission-driven leadership approach to every engagement.
